Minfulness and meditation in the workplace:

We offer one-off sessions and short courses introducing mindfulness and meditation in the workplace. Both are useful for stress management and personal development and can impact positively on the quality of work and company performance.

What is meditation?

Meditation is a practice or method that leads to a calmer state of mind. This may mean paying attention to our breathing or consciously developing a more positive attitude towards oneself and others. The methods are simple. All that is needed is the willingness to engage with the practice.

What is mindfulness?

Mindfulness is awareness or paying attention in the moment. We can learn to become more aware of our body, thoughts and emotions, other people and the world around us. 

What are the benefits?

Becoming more mindful or aware and practising meditation, even for only a few minutes a day, can help us to:

  • relax
  • mange our stress levels
  • understand ourselves better
  • get on better with people around us and
  • bring a healthier balance to a life that feels too full.


Why learn to meditate at work?

Work is often the place where there is lot to do and not enough time to do it! Learning to meditate along with colleagues not only enhances the quality of our experience, but can contribute to a more friendly and focussed atmosphere in the workplace.

We can come to your premises and run a team training session for a whole or half day or create a bespoke package even up to a 5 - 8 week course.
